We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team. As a Requirements Engineer, you will play a critical role in defining and documenting the technical and functional requirements of our software products and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, including software developers, product managers, and customers, to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document software requirements, including functional, technical, performance, and security requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business needs, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
• Create and maintain detailed requirements documentation, including specifications, user stories, use cases, and diagrams.
• Ensure that requirements are clear, complete, and unambiguous, and that they align with business goals and customer needs.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance, and product management, to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
• Conduct regular reviews and validation of requirements with stakeholders to verify accuracy and address any changes or updates.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to requirements, and recommend solutions or alternatives as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in requirements engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is not compulsory, but gives you advantage.
• Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with requirements management tools and techniques, such as use case modeling, user story mapping, and traceability matrices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex requirements-related issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or DevOps, is a plus.
